Antonia Achache
Chef, baker, designer, and perpetual perfectionist, Antonia is the creative force behind Suzette Gourmet. Trained in French baking and pastry, she has shaped everything from the menus, in collaboration with co-founder Jeremie, to the interiors of every Suzette and Kitchen Garden space.
Fun fact: She designed every café herself and is as passionate about ballet and horse riding as she is about baking.

Jeremie Sabbagh
A lawyer-turned-entrepreneur who traded M&A deals for cafés, Jeremie first came to India as a student and never really left. Today, he brings the same attention to detail from his legal career into building brands people trust.
Fun fact: He can tell how fresh a croissant is just by looking at a picture.
Chief Operations Officer
Pierre Labail
Pierre came to Mumbai looking for adventure and ended up helping build one of the city’s most loved food brands. Drawn to India’s energy and unpredictability, he brings a deep respect for people, a love for new challenges, and the belief that the best ideas often start as jokes.
Fun fact: Pierre is the creator behind the widely loved playlists in our outlets.
